Return, Exchange, Warranty Policy, Terms & Conditions

All pickups are guaranteed against defect. Every pickup I build goes through a lot of tests and checks before it ships. BUT, things do happen, and I want to be able to fix a problem if it occurs. If you purchased a pickup directly from me and there is any manufacturing defect, I will fix it for free (shipping included).

In general, I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

There are NO returns or exchanges on custom pickups for all the obvious reasons.

If, for some reason, a return MUST be made, it must be:

  1. Within 30 days of receipt.
  2. New, unaltered condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Buyer is responsible for safe return shipping including insurance (which is how we ship them to you!).
  4. NOT BE a custom pickup.

If you need to cancel an order while the order is being processed or after it has shipped, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Disconnecting or altering the pickup leads, altering the pickup, or removing the coil tape voids this warranty. Breaking the solder joint between the pickup and metal cover voids this warranty. Other obvious alteration that directly change the pickup voids this warranty.

Revel Custom Pickups is not responsible for stolen packages or packages lost or damaged during shipping. All of our pickups are shipped with insurance and we deal with lost or damaged shipments fast. Stolen packages are well beyond our control or responsibility.

Revel Custom Pickups is not responsible for Duties, Customs and/or Taxes upon delivery.
