The Split Coil Mojo is a humbucking P-90 for your Tele. Like its single coil equivalent, the Mojo 43, the Split Coil is a mix of Tele and P-90 pickups leaning on the tonal profile of the P-90. The pickup has higher ‘output’ than a typical Tele pickup and big P-90 thickness, mids and grind. Most importantly the Revel Split Coil is noiseless.

Choose the underwound version for slightly more cleans and twang.

A NOTE ABOUT SOUND CLIPS:
Corporate marketing hype has made it mostly necessary to include sound clips and resistance specifications. Both have very limited meaning and are, in many ways, lies. The best player can make the lousiest guitar loaded with the cheapest pickups played through the lamest amp sound downright amazing. For that reason I feel that clips are misleading. Clips let you hear almost everything except the pickup and primarily the amp in a controlled environment that’s not readily reproducible. Please take these thoughts into consideration.

Simply amazing! The sound I had in my head. P90 meets tele with an emphasis on the p90. Beautifully articulate and very responsive to volume and tone adjustments. Absolutely the perfect tele pickup for me.
Jesse was amazing to work with and takes a genuine interest in his customers satisfaction-a refreshing quality this day and age. I will be using Revel pickups in all future projects/builds. I highly recommend this pickup and company.

Playing in a heavy band with a tele was always a bit of a challenge. I wanted the dynamic range with the tele punch, but traditional tele pickups always sounded thin and couldn’t keep up when piling on the gain. After I tried Jesse’s mojo 43’s at a guitar show, I was floored. They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I just got ’em in the old workhorse, and I already can’t put it down. They are articulate, punchy with just enough tele twang, and when you load up the gain, they have girth and growl while maintaining an amazing cut through a mix.

Plus, Jesse was a joy to work with and helped me with some wiring suggestions. What a company, and what a product!
